1、這是我司(si)設(she)計指導的(de)沖壓(ya)搬(ban)運產線,由(you)沖壓(ya)機(ji)沖壓(ya)完(wan)成的(de)板(ban)(ban)件(jian),通(tong)過機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人抓手將板(ban)(ban)件(jian)抓取(qu)并(bing)放(fang)置(zhi)在輸送(song)(song)機(ji)上,板(ban)(ban)件(jian)由(you)輸送(song)(song)機(ji)抵(di)達(da)另一端,我司(si)的(de)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人通(tong)過連續視覺拍照定位,再通(tong)過機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人變換(huan)姿(zi)勢進行板(ban)(ban)件(jian)的(de)抓取(qu),抓取(qu)成功后,輸送(song)(song)機(ji)會繼續啟動(dong),機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人則會帶著件(jian),放(fang)置(zhi)進入(ru)預定箱(xiang)子(zi)。當箱(xiang)子(zi)里的(de)零(ling)件(jian)數(shu)到達(da)規劃容量時,另一側(ce)的(de)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人會來(lai)抓取(qu)料(liao)箱(xiang)并(bing)放(fang)置(zhi)新(xin)的(de)料(liao)箱(xiang),直到達(da)到設(she)計的(de)層數(shu),這時便(bian)可由(you)人工打開物(wu)料(liao)通(tong)道推走(zou)料(liao)箱(xiang)。實(shi)現下(xia)一步的(de)加工。
2、后(hou)續設備還可以增(zeng)加AGV小(xiao)車實現(xian)全自動(dong)化,真正的(de)無人(ren)工廠(chang)。通(tong)過AGV小(xiao)車來達(da)到實現(xian)工廠(chang)只需設備維(wei)護人(ren)員(yuan),AGV小(xiao)車設定(ding)好規定(ding)的(de)路線,自動(dong)打(da)開物料通(tong)道,帶著物料小(xiao)車,同時(shi)廠(chang)區(qu)配備攝像頭(tou),在一個單獨的(de)房間配上大(da)屏實時(shi)監(jian)控廠(chang)區(qu)情況(kuang),盡量減少人(ren)工進入(ru)干(gan)預,避免發生意(yi)外情況(kuang)。
